Visit of the Minister of Culture of the People's Republic of China

Visit to the church complex Holy Salvation in Skopje by the Minister of Culture of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Luo Shugang together with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Husni Ismaili. The visit by the Minister of Culture of the PRC Luo Shugang to the church Holy Salvation in Skopje is at a time when NI Conservation Center Skopje is carrying out conservation-restoration activities on the Iconostasis. Evident was the interest of the ministers in the procedures regarding the conservation-restoration works but also the making of the Iconostasis itself by the top Miyak woodcarving masters. The fresco painting of the church itself was also presented. On behalf of the institution, as a gift to the ministers and the delegation from the People's Republic of China, publications about the Iconostasis were given as well as a monographic edition about Gotse Delchev. On that occasion, the minister from the PRC expressed a desire to be photographed with the publication about the Iconostasis from the church Holy Salvation.
