Protection of Cultural Heritage "AQUEDUCT" in Skopje

In the presence of the Project Implementation Leader "Aqueduct" in Skopje, archaeological, conservation and construction supervision, conservation-restoration works on the Aqueduct began, according to the planned dynamics of interventions provided in the first phase, draining the terrain and accepting atmospheric and infiltrated groundwater by machinery excavation to the planned depth for their discharge outside the boundaries of critical zones and connection of drainage pipe with the Serava River. NI Conservation Centre Skopje with the beginning of implementation of the "Aqueduct" project makes a significant contribution to the protection of our and also European cultural heritage, especially today when "European Days of Cultural Heritage 2021" have begun.
