CONSCIOUSLY AND RESPONSIBLY Project "AQUEDUCT" in Skopje
Project "AQUEDUCT" in Skopje, year 2019-2020. It is the dream of every person to be part of a team that with its contribution and engagement will make a significant contribution to its realization. As director of NI Conservation Centre Skopje, I set two priorities before me, the first is the Project AQUEDUCT in Skopje and the realization of the Project HOUSE OF LAZAR LICHENOSKI. For 2 (two) years from the Inspection of the condition to the preparation of the Project "AQUEDUCT" in Skopje with all phases. Project AQUEDUCT in Skopje, without neglecting the other program and non-program projects, work tasks and activities that are under the jurisdiction of the institution. It started with the formation of a professional team from the institution for Inspection of the condition and degree of degradation. A process of further action followed, preparation of an Elaboration for Revalorization and preparation of a CONCEPTUAL PROJECT with a previously appointed professional team and team leader. After obtaining a Conservation Approval from APCH for conservation research which was the basis for the preparation of the Main Project - construction phase. Determination of dynamic characteristics with field measurements of ambient vibrations with a prepared Elaboration. Static and seismic analysis with a prepared Main Project. Geotechnical research works with a prepared Elaboration. Geotechnical modeling and analysis of a technical solution for foundation rehabilitation with preparation of a Foundation Elaboration. Geodetic measurements for determining the existing geometry of the building with preparation of a Geodetic Elaboration. In this part, professors and assistants from the Faculty of Civil Engineering from Skopje participated. For the preparation of the Main Project - architecture phase which is a sublimate of all previously prepared Elaborations from the construction phase, Elaboration for Revalorization and Conceptual Project, a professional team was formed. In the preparation of the project, architecture phase, a series of questions were raised that needed to be answered as a final product, just as in the preparation of the Conceptual Project. I must mention that an exceptional contribution to the preparation of the entire AQUEDUCT project in Skopje was made by the leaders of the professional teams as well as the external collaborators as participants in this grandiose project of capital importance both for the institution and for the state Republic of North Macedonia. The realization of the project follows after a previously performed professional control by NI National Conservation Centre and obtaining a Conservation Approval from APCH and publishing a Public Procurement according to the Law on Public Procurement.
