Cultural Heritage from the Ottoman Period "Tomb of King Kizi"

Visit with inspection of the condition of the cultural monument from the Ottoman period "Turbe of Kral K'zi" (Mausoleum of the Royal Daughter). It is assumed that the tomb of Princess Katarina Kosača, daughter of the last Bosnian King Stefan, was built towards the end of the 15th century or the beginning of the 16th century. The turbe was built of stone and bricks on a square base with four pillars with pointed tops and covered with a dome on four sides. The turbe, which is part of the old Muslim cemetery, was visited by Muslims and Christians alike, a tradition that remains to this day out of respect for the royal daughter. The Turbe of Kral K'zi was restored and renovated in 2014.
